Getting More Done

Got a few things done. Made simple brackets to hold the new fuel lines. Trying to clean up the engine bay. Removed the old radiator reservoir tank and installed a new one and relocated it. Also was able to cut and flare the intake coolant line. Now just need to get a new chunk of line.

L20B’s Found

Found a deal on some L20b engines. They will be great core’s to use for some rebuilding. Now need to get with @highimpactlv to get one started. Really don’t need all 3 so will see what I need and sell the others. In the pile of stuff I found an intake for FORD 1600 X/FLOW INLET MANIFOLD SHORT WEBER 40 DCOE x2. Kinda odd I think but someone will need it.

O2 Install

Got tired of scratching my head on how to rout the cooling line from the intake I decided to get the O2 sensor installed. This crappy bracket will work till I can have a muffler shop weld one in. Also found that the holes was too shallow for the adapter plate for the EFI system so had to fix and get it finally installed. Learned a lesson of the door panels install the clips before you glue the vinyl on. Well this will work for now. Both trucks got a little love today. Hands are done for a few days I think. #holleyperformance #holleysniperefi

Nervous

Little nervous now. Starting my EFI upgrade on the 620. Requires a new intake manifold. Let’s see how this turns out. did find a busted exhaust manifold bolt broke by the previous person. Need to see if I can get it out. Had a couple hoses that need to be replaced. Little dry rotted.

Plate Making

Well found a little time tonight to make a test 2.0 radio delete plate with the laser. Now need to order some plastic all thread to make mounting plates.

Glitter Making

Today was making glitter day. Got the intake cleaned up and matched to the conversion plate. Also got the throttle cable bracket in for the sniper. Now just need to take the intake and the 521’s front brake drums to the commercial parts washer. Now need to start getting front bushing’s ordered for the 521.
